Mahindra & Mahindra has officially expanded its electric vehicle lineup in India with the launch of the Mahindra XUV 3XO EV, an all-electric version of its popular compact SUV. Aimed at urban buyers and first-time EV customers, the XUV 3XO EV combines modern styling, competitive pricing, and a feature-rich cabin, positioning itself as a strong contender in the fast-growing compact electric SUV segment.
The Mahindra XUV 3XO EV is available in two variants – AX5 and AX7L. Prices start at ₹13.89 lakh (ex-showroom) for the AX5, while the top-end AX7L is priced at ₹14.96 lakh (ex-showroom). With this pricing, Mahindra is clearly targeting value-conscious buyers who want advanced technology and safety features without stepping into the higher price brackets of premium electric SUVs.
Under the hood, both variants are powered by a 39.4kWh battery pack paired with a high-output electric motor. Safety and driver assistance are also enhanced with Level-2 ADAS, which includes features such as adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking, lane assist, and forward collision warning. A 360-degree camera system and front parking assist further improve ease of driving and parking in crowded urban environments.
Mahindra is offering the XUV 3XO EV in multiple exterior colour options, ranging from classic shades like white and black to more vibrant and youthful tones, allowing buyers to choose a look that suits their personality. As for availability, customer deliveries are expected to begin from February 2026, with bookings already open at Mahindra dealerships and online platforms.
